The Spine of the World is a vast mountain range which separates the Westlands from the Aiel Waste.[1]

The Spine of the World is a vast chain of tall mountains, stretching from the Great Blight in the north to the Sea of Storms in the south. The mountain range marks the eastern border of the Westlands, as well as the western boundary of the Aiel Waste.[1]
