James Seda, credited as simply Seda, was the director and an executive producer of the 2015 short film Winter Dragon. He passed shortly after Winter Dragon aired.
The first episode of The Wheel of Time television series has "In memory of James Seda" in the credits.
General overview[]
Prior to Winter Dragon, Seda had previously directed a few shorts, including Subject 7 (2011), To Debbie for Her Birthday (2008), and Strangers (2003).
Seda directed Winter Dragon in January 2015, and he posted about it several times on his social media accounts.

Winter Dragon aired on February 8, 2015.
Seda died suddenly the following day on February 9, 2015 in a motor vehicle accident.[1][2]

- There was some sort of celebration on February 8, 2015, the day Winter Dragon aired. Actor Max Ryan posted about it to his Instagram with a photo showing a "Celebration of Seda".[3]
