Robyn Betteridge is a British actress and contortionist who portrays Helga Grinwell on Prime Video's The Wheel of Time.

On November 11, 2021, Betteridge's casting as Helga was first revealed when her credits were added to IMDb.[1]
Robyn Betteridge went on to portray young Kit in Disney+'s Willow (2023), and Margaret Grey in Amazon Prime's My Lady Jane (2024).
Biography[]
Betteridge was born on August 17, 2011, to parents, Colin and Kristy Betteridge. Her father owns an e-commerce business CKB Ltd, while her mother is a secretary and Director of Business Assurance at CKB Ltd. She grew up with her younger sister, Skylar Betteridge.[2]
