Peter Vilhelm Franzén (born 14 August 1971) is a Finnish actor who plays Stepin in Amazon Video's The Wheel of Time.
General overview[]
Prior to The Wheel of Time, Peter Franzén was best known to English-speaking audiences for portraying King Harald Finehair in Vikings (2016-2019), Reiniger in The Gunman (2015 film), and Hrolf in True Blood (2009, episode "Never Let Me Go"). Franzén is an accomplished Finnish actor and also known for portraying Jake Rosenius in Karjalan kunnailla (2007-2012), Rikosylikonstaapeli Timo Harjunpää in Priest of Evil (2010), Kake in Above Dark Waters (2013), and Otto Takkunen in Pahat pojat (2003).
Franzén was at a table read on January 22, 2020,[2] and his casting as Stepin was officially announced on August 19, 2020.[3]
