Niko is a character introduced in season 2 of The Wheel of Time television series portrayed by child actress Amy Sharp.
Niko is a Tuatha'an child whose mother takes her to a darkfriend meeting. While playing outside, Niko flees from Trollocs and hides under the meeting table, when a man speaks to her.

Niko was presumably born and raised among the Tuatha'an.
Season 2[]
Niko plays outside alone while her mother attends a meeting. While playing, she sees Trollocs in the distance but initially doesn't seem to mind and she goes back to playing. When the Trollocs see her they scream and run after her, and Niko runs inside and locks the door. She runs into the meeting room and hides under the table, and she goes up to a Tuatha'an woman and quietly says, "Mom," to get her attention. Then Ishamael looks under the table and speaks to her, kindly telling her that they're in an important meeting. He realizes her distress and asks if there are monsters outside, and she nods. He leads her outside, and continues to speak kindly to her, and he holds her up to face a Trolloc, assuring her she has nothing to fear from the Shadowspawn. He caresses the Trolloc's face, and Niko does the same, and she giggles.[1]

- Niko was first revealed on August 2, 2023 in a clip released for season 2 at the end of finale episode of season 1.[2] The character's name was revealed around August 24, 2023 when actress Amy Sharp's credits were added to IMDb.
