Mistress Grinwell is a character in The Wheel of Time television series portrayed by Jennifer Preston.
History[]
Early life[]
Mistress Grinwell is an Andoran farmer. She married Master Grinwell, and had at least two children: a son, and a daughter named Helga.
When Logain Ablar's war broke out in the south, the Grinwells began to grow wary of trespassers crossing their land.[1]
Activities[]
Season 1[]
The Grinwells find Thom Merrilin, Rand al'Thor, and Mat Cauthon trespassing on their land. Mistress Grinwell and her son aim a bow and arrow at the group from a distance, while Master Grinwell talks to them up close. When the three make their intentions clear and promise that they are causing no trouble, Master Grinwell asks his wife for her opinion. She decides that Thom, Rand, and Mat can sleep in the barn if they muck out the stables.
In the evening, Mistress Grinwell sends Helga to give some bread to Mat for his hard work, and then head right back. In the night, Mistress Grinwell and her entire family are killed by a Fade.[1]

Mistress Grinwell has an agreeable relationship with her husband, and he asks her opinion before letting Thom, Rand, and Mat stay on their farm.[1]

Mistress Grinwell is a fair-skinned woman with dark brown hair.
