Master Grinwell is a character in The Wheel of Time television series portrayed by Pasha Bocarie.
History[]
Early life[]
Master Grinwell is an Andoran farmer. He married Mistress Grinwell, and had a son, as well as a daughter named Helga.
When Logain Ablar's war broke out in the south, the Grinwells began to grow wary of trespassers crossing their land.[1]
Season 1[]
Master Grinwell notices Thom Merrilin, Rand al'Thor, and Mat Cauthon trespassing on his property. He draws his bow, though not in a manner appropriate for killing them. His wife and son also take aim at the party of three, though they do not alert the men of their presence. Master Grinwell approaches them about their actions, and Thom asks them to let them keep riding on. Master Grinwell speculates that if he lets them do so, they will double back at night for his farm. Rand apologizes for them, admitting they were going to rest in his barn and move on, and points out that Master Grinwell doesn't truly want to kill them from the way he has drawn his bow. He also says that if he wanted to kill the Grinwells, he would not have admitted their plan. Master Grinwell consults with his wife, and they let the group stay on the farm in exchange for mucking out the stables.
In the night, Master Grinwell and his family are killed by a Fade who is tracking Thom, Rand, and Mat.[1]

Master Grinwell and his life have a supportive relationship, and he takes care to consult her opinion before letting Thom, Rand, and Mat stay on their farm.

Master Grinwell is a bearded man with dark hair. He has a medium skin tone.
