Maja Vrvilo is a director for The Wheel of Time television series. She joined the show during season 2.
General overview[]
Prior to joining The Wheel of Time, Vrvilo was best known for directing episodes of various television series such as Gotham (2017-2018), Preacher (2017), and S.W.A.T. (2019-2021). Vrvilo has notably directed episodes for multiple Star Trek series, including Star Trek: Picard (2020), Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (2022), Star Trek: Discovery (2019-2020), and Star Trek: Short Treks (2018).
In October 2021, Vrvilo's involvement with The Wheel of Time was revealed on Vrvilo's LinkedIn profile and on a cast member's CV.[1][2] In July 2022, series writer Rammy Park confirmed in an Instagram post that Vrvilo directed an episode Park wrote for the season.[3]
