London premiere

Season 1 of The Wheel of Time television series premiered in London on November 15, 2021.

Attendees[]

The London premiere was attended by nearly all the main cast and prominent figures associated with production, including writers and producers. In addition to cast and crew, the studios invited a several prominent fan content creators to the event including The Dusty Wheel, Dragonmount, Nae’blis, Kritter XD, and Daniel Greene.[1]

These are images of the London premiere red carpet on November 15, 2021. The red carpet was actually a large blue carpet, in homage to Rosamund Pike's character Moiraine Damodred, who is a member of the Blue Ajah.

  • Actor Barney Harris, who portrayed Mat Cauthon in season 1, was the only member of the season 1 main cast to not attend the London premiere.
  • Author Brandon Sanderson did not attend as he was writing in Hawaii at the time.[2]
