The title is in reference to ending of episode 4 The Dragon Reborn. Moiraine tells Logain that his power is "a pinprick of candlelight against the raging sun that will be the Dragon Reborn." When Nynaeve later unleashes a burst of power and light to heal everyone around her, Logain says in awe, "Like a raging sun."
