The unnamed lead warder is a character in The Wheel of Time television series portrayed by Mark Fletcher.
This warder leads the funeral rites for a warder who lost his Aes Sedai.
History[]
Season 1[]
After Stepin commits suicide, his funeral rites are held in his room at the White Tower. The ceremony is lead by the lead warder, who asks Lan to step forward and "relieve us of our grief". The lead warder begins pounding his fist against his chest as part of the ceremony.

The lead warder is presumably bound to an Aes Sedai, but it is unknown which one.

The lead warder is an older man, with should-length graying hair, and fair skin.

The Lead Warder does not have a clear counterpart in the book series. In some ways, he is similar to Hammar (book spoilers!), who teaches swordsmanship in the book series, or his successor Makzim (book spoilers!).
