Karima McAdams is an actress who portrays High Lady Suroth in Prime Video's The Wheel of Time beginning in season 2. Her casting was confirmed with the release of her character poster in August 2023.

Prior to The Wheel of Time, Karima McAdams was best known for portraying Leyla ToumiLeyla in the TV series Deep State (2018-2019), Sarah Maddox in the TV series Soulmates (2020), and Kassia in the TV series Vikings (2017).
Karima McAdams' involvement with The Wheel of Time was first speculated by the news site WoT Series on December 26, 2021, based on McAdams's possible connections to the production.[1] WoT Series and other fan resources such as WoT Up! speculated that she might portray Selene, since a body double casting call was put out for Selene and the physical specifications were similar to McAdams's.[1][2] When promotion for season 2 started, it appeared as though Karima McAdams was actually portraying High Lady Suroth instead.[3][4][5][6] On July 28, 2023, Screenrant listed Karima McAdams's casting as Lady Suroth as confirmed for season 2,[7] but they did not provide a source, so their sources may be the above.
On August 16, 2023, Karima McAdams' casting as High Lady Suroth was confirmed with the release of her character poster, which listed Karima McAdams in the role for the poster description on Amazon Studios' press site.
