Kari Skogland is a Canadian filmmaker who will be directing the prequel film Age of Legends.

Prior to Age of Legends, Kari Skogland was best known for directing the Marvel Disney+ TV mini series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021), the TV mini series The Loudest Voice (2019), two episodes of The Walking Dead (2016-2017), and five episodes of the TV series The Handmaid's Tale (2017-2018).
On December 14, 2023, Deadline reported that Kari Skogland would be directing Age of Legends, a prequel film to The Wheel of Time television series.[1]
