Jain Farstrider became known as a legendary traveler and adventurer. Jain's journeys became well-known across the Westlands when The Travels of Jain Farstrider was published.
As a child, Egwene al'Vere loved to read The Travels of Jain Farstrider every day, and said she was the reincarnation of Jain Farstrider.[1]
