Lord Ingtar Shinowa is a character in The Wheel of Time television series portrayed by Gregg Chilingirian. Lord Ingtar is a Shienaran soldier in charge of the hunt for the Horn of Valere.

Lord Ingtar is leading a party of Shienaran soldiers searching for Padan Fain and the Horn of Valere after the Darkfriend infiltration and attack in Fal Dara. Uno Nomesta and Masema Dagar are in his party, along with the foreigners Perrin Aybara and Loial.
Ingtar's party is riding through Arad Doman when they meet up with Elyas Machera, a "sniffer" who is able to physically sense evil. Elyas guides the group to a Tuatha'an caravan that had been attacked by Darkfriends. Moving on, the group finds the body of a Shienaran soldier, with Loial deducing that he was a Darkfriend who had been traveling with Fain since Fal Dara. Uno spits over the man's corpse and declares him to be a traitor, but Ingtar demands Uno stop. He states that they will bury the slaughtered, and follow in the morning. Ingtar stands next to Perrin during the burial, and the man from Two Rivers asks him how he can forgive the Shienaran Darkfriend, speaking of his own rage about Fain and his betrayal. After Perrin speaks about his deep rage, Ingtar tells Perrin to consider Fain may have had a reason for doing what he did. He tells Perrin that he may not like the answer, but asks him to at least consider it.[1]

- It was reported that Amar Chadha-Patel was originally cast as Ingtar, but could not return for Season 2 due to scheduling conflicts with Willow. His character was therefore changed to Lord Yakota, with Ingtar appearing for the first time in the second season, played by Gregg Chilingirian.[2]
