Darren Clarke

Darren Clarke is an actor who portrayed the role of Basel Gill on Prime Video's The Wheel of Time.

General overview[]

Prior to working on The Wheel of Time, Clarke was best known for portraying Tommaso Portinari in Da Vinci's Demons (2014), a Bartender in 24: Live Another Day (2014), and a Mechanic in Ashes to Ashes (2009), as well as voices in the video game Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments (2014).

Clarke's casting as Basel Gill was announced on July 15, 2020.[1]
