Difelice shared the following on Instagram with the premiere of the Origins series:[1]
Yesterday was the long awaited launch of @thewheeloftime on Amazon Prime Video and I'm so proud to have played a small part in bringing Robert Jordan's revered work onto screens of all sizes.
Over the last 9 months, with artists across many time zones, we created the Wheel of Time Origins series, a compilation of painted-animated shorts that dive into the lore, anecdotes and mythology from Jordan's vast fantasy book series. Currently they can be found in the X-Ray Bonus Content within each WoT episode.
Huge thank you to all involved- @rafejudkins Mike Weber, Craig Muller and Jakub Chilczuk for creating this series and for the trust and freedom in the process.
Our writer @rammyparketc explored such fantastic corners of the WoT lore.
