The Brown Ajah of the Aes Sedai are dedicated to knowledge and the collection of ancient wisdom.[1][2]

One of the duties of the Brown Ajah is maintaining the knowledge of the White Tower Library.[3] They are always researching and on the quest for knowledge.[4]
