The Blue Ajah Quarters is a section of the White Tower, containing the private residences of the Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah.
Residences[]
Moiraine's room[]
Moiraine Damodred has a spacious but somewhat bare room in the Blue Ajah Quarters, and has not visited her official residence in years, spending most of her time out of the Tower in her quest for the Dragon Reborn. She has a candlelit room with stone walls, and a couple of tables. She owns a painting of a girl looking through an archway, which is kept in a closed golden frame.[1]
History[]
Season 1[]
The opening scene shows Moiraine within her room, narrating the history of the Breaking of the World, as she prepares to embark on a quest to find the Dragon Reborn, accompanied by her Warder, Lan Mandragoran.
Alanna Mosvani visits Moiraine in her room in the Blue Ajah Quarters, and they discuss Stepin processing his grief over Kerene Nagashi's death. Alanna elaborates that her reason for coming to visit Moiraine is to discuss Siuan Sanche's return from Caemlyn, and their summons to the Hall of the Tower to answer for the gentling of Logain Ablar, as well as the various political machinations within the White Tower.[1]
After Moiraine is sharply questioned by Siuan in the Hall and refuses to answer, she returns to her room. She makes use of a ter'angreal to privately meet with Siuan, and they spend the night together for the first time in years. The following day, Lan brings Loial to meet with Moiraine in her room. Later, Moiraine is seen contemplating her imminent banishment from the White Tower on her rooms terrace.[2]
