Allison Russell is a Canadian musician. She has performed for songs used in the score of The Wheel of Time as part of the music group Our Native Daughters.
General overview[]
Russell formed the music group Po' Girl in the early 2000s, and started Birds of Chicago with the songwriter JT Nero in 2012. In 2019, Rhiannon Giddens invited her to form Our Native Daughters with Amythyst Kiah and Leyla McCalla.[1]
